1. Staffing Request Processing Time

Once a staffing request is submitted, our team will begin processing it within 24-48 hours. We aim tomatch you with the right virtual assistant based on your specific requirements as quickly as possible,with most matches completed within 5-7 business days.

2. Virtual Assistant Onboarding

Once a virtual assistant has been matched with your needs, onboarding typically begins within 1-3business days. This includes a formal introduction and the transfer of necessary documentation andproject details.

3. Service Agreements & Documentation

All service agreements and terms will be sent via email for electronic signature within 24 hours afteryour confirmation to initiate services. Upon receiving the signed agreements, our team will finalizethe onboarding process and provide you with all required access and documentation.

4. Service Activation

Once onboarding is complete, services will be activated based on the schedule discussed during theinitial consultation. Our standard practice is to ensure virtual assistants are prepared to start withinthe agreed timeframe.

5. Communication & Supporttivation

6. Client Onboarding Adjustments

8. Changes and Modifications

Should you require any changes in the scope of work or virtual assistant, we will accommodate yourrequests as quickly as possible. Depending on the nature of the change, additional processing timemay be required.
